Welcome to music-booking.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our platform and services that connect musicians, artists, and venues for bookings, promotions, and events. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

music-booking.com operates an online platform designed to help musicians and venues connect, collaborate, and manage bookings.

2) Scope of our services

• We provide a platform that allows artists to find venues and venues to discover artists.
• We facilitate booking requests, confirmations, and optional promotional visibility.
• We do not own or operate the venues or manage artist performances — we act as an intermediary platform only.

3) Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.

4) Fees and payments

Our platform may charge a service fee on bookings, ticket sales, or other transactions processed through music-booking.com.

For early artists or partners: a temporary 0% service fee applies for 12 months from account creation (subject to written confirmation from us).

Venue rental prices, production costs, and third-party payment processor fees are separate and not included in this waiver.

5) Promotional use of artist profiles

By joining music-booking.com, you grant us permission to use your public profile information — including name, photos, stage name, and event details — for the purpose of promoting you and your events across:

• our website and app,
• emails sent to venues,
• our social media pages and ads,
• press or event materials.

You may revoke this permission at any time by emailing info@music-booking.com. We will stop new uses within 10 business days. Previously published content may remain visible until naturally retired.

6) Booking relationships

• When an artist and venue agree on a booking, the contract is between those two parties directly.
• We are not a party to any performance or rental agreement and are not responsible for cancellations, disputes, or payments outside the platform.

7) Payments and refunds

• All transactions are handled securely through integrated payment providers.
• We do not store credit card information.
• Refunds and chargebacks follow the rules of the payment provider used for the transaction.

8) Content and behavior

• You are responsible for the content you upload, including images, text, and event details.
• Content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes third-party rights may be removed without notice.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or harm our platform reputation.

9) Data protection

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree that your data may be used for account management, communication, and booking purposes.

10) Liability

• We are not liable for damages, losses, or costs arising from bookings, cancellations, or third-party actions.
• Our total liability to any user is limited to the total amount of platform service fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim (if any).
• This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or cases where liability cannot be limited by law.

11) Termination and suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
• You may delete your account anytime by contacting info@music-booking.com.
• Termination does not affect already confirmed bookings or existing obligations.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be announced on our website or by email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. The competent courts of Vienna, Austria, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
